Focus is another goal...staying focused is hard for me. Sometimes I wonder if I need to wear blinders and ear plugs to limit my vision and hearing distractions!

When I sit down to read my Bible...the phone rings or my mind wanders. It's very hard to shut out the day's events. Most of them I don't want to relive...
Focus...what did I just read, re-read...Lord help me to focus on you, to run your race...
