5K in 35:49!

The iron supplements really are helping - that might well be my best 5K time ever, and it's certainly the best I've had in a long time. When the anemia was at its worst, I had to slow down to a walk after jogging half a mile.

This also means I'm back on track to do a 10K in May with Darwinista! GO US

    Hooray! I might convince the hubster to join us as well, although he actually runs 5 miles regularly and will probably leave us in the dust.
