Went to my favourite restaurant today for lunch. Michelin-starred, a bit more expensive than where I'd normally go, but reasonably priced for the quality. The portions are small but the food is the best I've ever tasted, anywhere. I've gone over my calories a little bit today but I've had at least eight portions of fruit and veg and I feel totally satisfied. Lunch was eight hours ago and I don't feel at all like snacking. Result! We eat out maybe twice a month - and usually it's OK places, nothing special. I would gladly swap eating out twice a month at mediocre places for eating at a place like this maybe once every couple of months. Mmm.
