First Run in Two Months

I did it!

My first run and I'm at this level on the C25K.

Week 6
Workout 2
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:

* Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
* Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
* Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)

My goal is to run without stopping to walk which is usually at the 20min mark that I wear out but surprisingly I get a second wind too that lasts another 45min or so and after that I don't even know what happens lol. I've only dared to run 2hrs a few times in my life. I'm not conditioned at there right now but I would like to be again. No rush though because my body will tell me when. For now I am breathing deep and celebrating my achievement! I totally exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with myself for pushing through.
