Hills Are Beastly

Saturday, March 06, 2010

(me above in my official flying pig training shirt before the hills, taken on the road just outside our house.)

6.2 very hilly miles today in a very slow time ... 78 minutes. Link to my nike site runs/waddles.

Reality squeals "ouch" and "oy" and yes.

Hey GF this great. You are really loggin' in the miles graphically! I've gotta check out the Nikes custom made. My left foot is an 8 and the right is 7- me wierd. I buy 8's (duhhh) but my right toes fall in the dip where the ball of your foot normally sits and after about 5 miles I start having a burn. I've added a pad to that shoe hoping it help. Not slowing me down - just a pain in the arse, I mean toes!
