So today I stayed motivated all day. I made my bed so that I couldnt lay back down and read over my goals for the day all day. After doing the Elliptical this morning for 60 minutes, I went to the park with my teenage daughter and jog / walked 4 miles......My knees hurt but I feel fabulous. I kept my diet moderate and even though I am dieting I ate popcorn.
That is probably no big deal to most people but usually when I diet its HARD CORE. But since I am trying to change my life and eating forever, I felt like I should be more balanced today.
I have one more meal to make today and then my ten minute trainer workout but I am exhausted.
I know this will get difficult and each morning will be a decision, but I am determined to stay on track.
Every time I feel a little unmotivated, I think about my job and how bad I need it:)
