Added 10 minutes!

This past week I managed to add 10 minutes to my cardio workout on my non-circuit days!!
I also lost 4 lbs already, so I think I may need to change my goal of losing 5 lbs. We'll see after this weekend. Today is my "cheat" day and I'm having a wee bit of trouble not going crazy. Tomorrow I will definitely be back on track!!
