Finally My Goals For March

Well, here it is a week gone in March and I am just writing my goals. It has been a busy week and I kept forgetting to write a blog. Well February went pretty well in terms of losing weight. I actually lost a little bit more. I wanted to work on toning and did some but I think that that will take time to happen. I also wanted to get more sleep but didn't do that.
For March, I am difinitely working on getting more sleep. At least 6 hours per night and work towards 7. I am really going to try and maintain my weight loss this month and work on toning the flab. We will see!!
Hopefully it will be a warmer, dryer month, with no snow so I can get outside to walk.
