I have been consuming higher fiber oatmeal w/45grams of carbs this week. Consequently, I have been maintaining instead of losing. I have always had trouble digesting high numbers of carbs in the past. However, I wanted to add the high fiber oatmeal to the mix to increase my fiber intake. All other variables in my regimen has remained constant. And although I love, love, love oatmeal, I am going to remove it next week. This will tell me if oatmeal was the culprit.
Has anyone else experienced this before?
