I been fighting through a tough months, trying to loose some weight. I been on Usana, but at this time can't afford it as of now. So I am gaining some of the weight back on and hope it comes back off. It's hard to keep it off and trying to loose it again. We just had family pictures and I can see it thought the pictures...I really need to get the weight off and keep it off. Having problems with my back because of the arteries and gaining the weight is not helping it at all. I still am going to curves, this week was not good because of my back. Hope this week is better for me......
