hey .. .hang in there ..my advice is to try and remove stressful items from your life .. until they become not stressful. maybe a "break" from your friend and xbf might be appropriate until you are at a better place to deal with all this stress. it will never be easy and you may realize that they are not your friends, or that the issue is not as "big of a deal" as it once was. good luck. stay strong.

First of all, I want to commend you for pursuing your education and trying your best to stay focused in regards to your schoolwork.

As for your "friends"...please allow me to speak freely, otherwise just delete this now because I am going to tell you from life experience that these people are not your friends no matter how long you've known them. They are selfish people who are merely going to drain you of you energy.

You should stay focused on your new lifestyle and lose the weight you want to lose, gain the self-confidence you need to meet new people who are worth your precious time. I can tell that you have a big heart but you are spreading yourself thin and wasting your love on people that do not deserve it one bit. Save that love and your beautiful heart (your beautiful self) for someone who deserves it. Trust me, you will attract the right people if you dispose of these losers that are sucking the life out of you.

Anytime you need to talk or get something off your chest. I am here. I am all about sisterhood and being a TRUE friend. Test me, my dear.

    Keep your head up, beautiful.
