Thanks for the suggestions guys. The idea of turning RevAbs into one of my hybrid programs was the first thing that crossed my mind but I ALWAYS do that. I really wanted not to be a brat and follow the rules for a change.

I reviewed the rest of the Phase 2 workouts and they look great so I'm going to continue on for now and adjust when I need to. I've been working out long enough to know how to modify or intensify most exercises. Once I get through each workout I'll know what weights, etc to do next time around. I tend to get frustrated to0 quickly. I think I just need to give it more time. Patience little grasshopper, patience.

Dee, You are so right about my problems with balance. Tony Horton says, do your best and forget the rest. All my perfectionist brain hears is DO THE best or don't bother.
