Yesterdays workout was a bear to get through. It's the same workout I've been doing and yet it was something I had to force myself to finish. Ouch. But I did and I feel vindicated today. lol
I weighed in and have lost 1.4 lbs since last week.
I am still in shock about my inches lost between this week and last.
.75 lost in my hips and 2.25 inches lost in my waist.
WOOT! Just in a week.
I guess the workout is working!
I still have lots of inches to go but I am so excited!
