annn I take it that this is sort of like keeping a diary but others get to have opinions to so okheres where we are in this i feel like the lone stranger but with cool wheapons to work with i get to read how others get excited when they loose how they did it and for that alone its cool but then i can track mine and the kidsw walks which i do but i dont understand how to do some of the other things but my points are low cause im not to good at tracking stuff but i do do a lot of the stuff and i am loosing but disconectedly heck i probably drink up to 2 gallons of water a day i just love water and some days i set and miss the water we used to have in central oregon it was sooooo sweet but then the water in wyoming way out on some ranch the water was spring water. soooooo cold sooooo sweet but even here in killeen i just drink n the recipes rock even my 4th set of kids love cooking so i figure the should learn healthy and since we scratch cook anyway we actually like focus a lot on food i really do more walkin than excersizing but thats still better than not at all well i guess what im sayin is thank God that sparkpeople has so many aspects of peoples lives covered that even folks like me can get what we need even if we dont get it all thats sooooo cooool

    It sounds like you are in the military. That means you have learned to adjust from the moves and can teach the kids to do so also. Doing blogs are a great way to meet members and learning things.     Nothing like a little of everything to hit that spot. Sounds like a lot of moving around for you and your family. Lots of stress comes from the unfamiliar. Keep walking, it is the most nature stress relief there is.
