Chip, chip, chip, chip
One little bit of weight at a time. Today I am down 0.4lbs, and yesterday I was down 0.2lbs. Two new minimums in two days makes me feel pretty good. 6 more pounds until I reach my next goal.
The weird bit I have been eating and tracking after. This is what I believe I would have eaten anyway (and as anyone looking at my food tracker can see, I am not exactly living on rabbit food). Of course, cognitive bias being what is, maybe just knowing I'll have to write down what I ate steers me towards healthier choices.
Hopefully tonight I can finally get my weight lifting in. I tried on Tuesday; but I had a migraine coming on, and partway through the second set of squats I felt like I was going to throw-up and/or faint. So, I stopped. Stupid migraines.
