Hittin' March hard!

My February was not good, but I am determined to make March a MUCH better month! I have to remember to make a conscience effort to make exercise a priority. If I don't do it, no one else is going to do it for me. Walking, biking, strength training, jumping jacks, jump rope, whatever, I have to do something EVERY day!

Another thing I need to start working on is my eating - I need start eating more fruits and veggies & drinking more water. I am such a sweets and carb addict - LOVE 'EM! - but I need to again be conscience of what I am eating and make good choices.

    February wasn't great for me either. I call it the month of the winter blahs as everyone is just so sick of being cold. March is going better for me too.

    Sometimes it gets very difficult, when this happened, we need to get that extra boost from somewhere, and fortunately, for all of us, this challenge, may be the extra boost we need.

  I am a total sucker for sweets, too! But, yesterday I grabbed some fresh blueberries instead & was somewhat amazed by how SWEET they were & it didn't make me wants any of the other sweet junk that usually tempts me. I'm starting to crave the natural sweetness of fruits instead of chocolate. :)
