My February was not good, but I am determined to make March a MUCH better month! I have to remember to make a conscience effort to make exercise a priority. If I don't do it, no one else is going to do it for me. Walking, biking, strength training, jumping jacks, jump rope, whatever, I have to do something EVERY day!
Another thing I need to start working on is my eating - I need start eating more fruits and veggies & drinking more water. I am such a sweets and carb addict - LOVE 'EM! - but I need to again be conscience of what I am eating and make good choices.
I am a total sucker for sweets, too! But, yesterday I grabbed some fresh blueberries instead & was somewhat amazed by how SWEET they were & it didn't make me wants any of the other sweet junk that usually tempts me. I'm starting to crave the natural sweetness of fruits instead of chocolate. :)
