Today has been a good day. I have tracked everything I have eaten and at the present time 6:10 PM I am 361 calories below my max calories for the day. I am trying to plan meals and snacks ahead in order to be sure I don't wait until I am hungry and out of time to fix the meals. Tomorrow I am going to add getting more steps in. I walked 3086 steps yesterday, but so far today I am not close to that at 1421. I read other post of people walking 10,000 steps and I feel bad because I don't but then I stop and think I didn't run until I could walk and didn't walk until I could crawl, so 1st goal crawl then walk then jog then run.
