Last Day of the SPRING Challenge...

...and a little closer to my goal as a result. These challenges are great to help me focus on and bring awareness to healthy living goals. My goals are to feel healthier when playing with my kids and to lose 1-2 pound a week - therefore 8 to 10 before the end of BLC12.
The method: 5 fruits/veggies per day, 8 glasses of water/day, exercise six days a week and actively play on the 7th.
