I've been away for a little while. I was getting frustrated with my weightloss and exercise and the fact that for 3 weeks I either went up 1/2 a lb. or didn't lose at all. So I took a break. And it worked. I stopped being a little crazy about the exercise, sometimes up to 90 minutes a day and didn't restrict my calories as much, I still watched what I ate but I was a little crazy about my calorie intake and if I went over at all I would exercise that much more. I think that goes back to the days of my eating disorder. I didn't want to turn into that individual again so I stopped.

I exercised 2 days 2 weeks ago and then 2 days last week and for the last two weeks I am down 3.4 lbs!!! A perfectly normal and healthy weightloss. WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!! I am so excited. I am now down 9.9 lbs. since starting my weightloss journey and it feels fantastic.

I have a Dr.'s appt. today, I believe I have bronchitis so I'll be taking it easy exercising this week, but definitely watching what I eat.

I guess it just feels really good to see a loss and know that I did it doing what I needed to!
