Weight:
187.5 (I weighed in the morning, and was 189. Later in the afternoon I weighed again, after exercising, and sometimes seem to weigh a little less then.)

Calories Burned:
- Just Dance - approx. 379 (based on Sparkpeople's Line Dancing category, seems to be fairly accurate)

Fiber Consumed:
- Kashi Toasted Berry cereal - 8 grams
- Lima Beans - at least 18 grams (9 grams per 1/2 cup)
- Total: at least 26 grams (not counting fiber consumed here and there in meals)

Water Consumed:
- 4 cups (and counting)

Exercise:
- Just Dance (Wii) - 60 minutes

Notes:

I just received Just Dance last week, and have only tried a few songs. Some of the songs I did today were for the first time, hence the lower scores. Still, not too shabby! Love this game!

GMACAMI: Thanks for the words of encouragement. I've been here at SparkPeople for about 3 years, but never got into the social part of it until now -- though I've used the food and exercise tracking on and off. I'm finally getting into the groups and teams and such. I have an outside fitness blog, but as far as I can see there's no way to import my posts or RSS here, so I'm copying them over here, too, now.

    Congratulations on your first blog. Keep up the good work. The more you put into you program (blogging, huddling, tracking food and exercise minutes, posting on your team pages, earning spark points) the more you will get out of your program- besides weight loss, you will get emotional support, friends who understand exactly what you are going through, accountability, focus, dependability...and the list goes on...
