I have found that eating right and exercising regularly for just a week now has helped me tremendously to focus on what I am doing. I have really cut way back on sugar, caffeine, and processed foods, and increased the amount of water I am drinking two-fold, not to mention eating more vegetables and fruit, and I can really feel a difference. My mind wanders less, I have more energy, and I have accommplished more in one week than I have in the last couple of months combined.
I haven't felt this sharp in a very long time!
