Monday weigh-ins are discouraging :( (Woo Hoo on changing that to Friday! Mel)
144.6 this morning, up a whole pound from Friday, up 0.6 from last Monday but down 0.2 from February 1st. Measurements are still the same.
That leads me to a reflection on February. Basically my weight stayed pretty much the same and even the blips up and down weren't dramatic at all. Highest weight was 145.2 and lowest 143.6 for last month. So I can safely say I have maintaining off to a fine art LOL. The thing is: I'd like to do this maintaining stuff about 5 pounds lower like I did 3 years ago. (Whine, whine whine..)
Fitness-wise February was nothing out of the ordinary. I kept up with my yoga and had the occasional walk. The only thing extra was the QuickFire exercises but they petered out after a week...
Goals for March:
Keep up with the yoga - 5 days a week
Increase walking to 4 days a week
Sneak in some of the QuickFire exercises
Eat good healthy foods
Try on that tankini (yikes!)
