Goal for March: Track my food!

I'm going to keep this very simple. My Central PA group leader challenged us to make a blog post about our goals for the month of March.
Exercise isn't a roadblock for me because of Zumba, so me being stuck at 140 (which I'm quite happy with, but I want to get to my ideal weight) HAS to be due to my eating.
So, for at least 3 days per week my goal is to track my food. In the past, I have found that tracking my food on here truly makes me see how MUCH I can put away. NOT cool.
So there it is.
