I've reached a plateau. After losing 40 pounds in 6 months, I have stayed at the same weight for 2. It has me frustrated which has led me to skip tracking and not be so careful with my portions. Therefore, on this first day of March, I am renewing my commitment to SparkPeople and to myself. My goal is to lose 5 more pounds by Easter. That's just 1 pound a week. I'm looking forward to getting reacquainted with the 130s for the first time in 25 years.
