End of week 1

YIPPPEEEE I met my one week goal...drop 5 pounds. Good news was, I actually dropped 6!!!! Feels wonderful to have met that goal. It also motivates me to stay on track. Usually when I see the first drop off I get a little lax and think I can eat something in moderation and be ok...but this time, ohhh no!!
NOT gonna fall for that. Went grocery shopping and did wonderful, at least in my opinion. Am going to be cooking some of the wonderful receipes I've found here and take my lunch every day. That way I have portion control and can focus not on the food but living my life without it revolving around food.
Have to kick up the exercise tho...hmmm that is my goal for this week. Lose 4 pounds and exercise 4 times a week instead of 3.
