If at first you don't succeed...

I originally signed up in 2007 and never really spent much time getting to know the site. I started again in early January of this year, and have lost just over 30 pounds simply by making some changes in diet - limiting my sugar and refined starch intake. Now I want to get to know this site to make use of its many resources, to obtain support and hopefully support others as well. Any suggestions on how best to use this site would be welcomed! emoticon

    I would definitely use the nutrition page. Tracking everything you eat is a big key. Another would be the fitness page, track every you do there also. I have found the tracking everything keeps you ahead of the game. It's some leg work, looking at labels, and putting in the info, but it's worth it in the end. emoticon
