Well, another weekend of not sticking to my meal plan. I didn't do terrible but today was terrible. Saturday I ate pretty well. There was no drinking this weekend so that helped save some calories. However I made cookies yesterday for my kids. Of course they called out to me and I gave in. I have had 4 cookies between yesterday and today. I also had 2 Mountain Dews today instead of just one. I went out to Pizza Hunt with my boys yesterday since my hubby had to work. I did pretty good there though. I limited my portion very well. Tomorrow will be another start over. Seems the weekends are getting harder and harder to stick to the plan. I have been sticking with the exercise, but I am losing my momentum and I am starting to think I am not going to make it. HELP! ANYONE HELP! I need to be pushed to keep going.!
