Ok my March goal is to work out everyday even if its an easy one, I need to build the habit of consistency. Too often I get busy on my days off work and skip it and then don't get back into it right away. So right now I am usually doing 3-4 days. I work the overnight and coming home at 7 am and do a workout helps me sleep too so an added bonus.
So Please what I am asking of you guys is to check up on me....... Keep me accountable.
