I've got to start moving!!

The heavier I get the harder it is to move around .... if I don't start doing some sort of exercise I'm never going to be able to .... I'm noticing now that as I walk short distances my lower back hurts - I'm not good with PAIN so I MUST start somewhere. Any suggestions besides walking???
I've got to get serious about my health once and for all .................

    I have been riding my stationary bike until I can build up my back muscles. good luck

    Hi! I too get a severe back ache when I am up and walking around after a short amount of time,it comes and goes.Sometimes it hurts bad enough,I just have to sit down and put gentle pressure on it. It goes away until the next time I get up and do the basic same thing.I think I read on SP health article that it means you need to strengthen your abdominal muscles!
