I'm getting back on track. I'm going to:
Work out 5 days a week
Log every bite of food that goes in my mouth!!
Not eat sweets for the month of March. I need to get the taste out of my mouth. I can resist those Girl Scout Cookies!!
I can and I will do this. I have 14.5 pounds to lose now and my goal date is 7/3/2010. Very doable. I can and I will do this!!!
