I decided, after reviewing my reports on nutrition and fitness, that maybe eating at the low end of my nutrition goal was not a good idea. So, yesterday, I ate at the high end. I am worried that I am going into low metab mode cause I am exercising more than my goal by quite a bit, even after upping my goal. So, I ate more than usual yesterday.
I got on the scale and was shocked that it had gone down. HMMMM... I'll have to try to eat at the high end for a couple of days and see if that works. I was eating at the high end when I first started and the weight was just dropping like crazy. I kind of hit a plateau for the past week and 1/2 until yesterday. I know you drop a lot of weight in the first couple of weeks, so I was not surprised, it could not continue to drop at the rate I was going, that was impossible.
I am rambling, just want to get on record so I can measure this later. I need to find out what my sweet spot is.
