A WESTIE TEAM CHALLENGE
For this challenge let's LEAP into Spring. This challenge will be mostly about doing things to help us recover so that we can leap into the Spring season.
L - Learn from others. Read a success story and find one point that you would like to try to incorporate into your plan. Post it in the LEAP Challenge thread. 1 point for each story.
E- energize yourself. Time to get that much needed rest. 1 point for each hour of sleep.
A- account for all food that you eat. Track your food (remember to get all your veggies/fruits in!) 1 point for each day.
P-Post - Take a poll or post in the message boards each day. 1 point per day.
This challenge will run Saturday Feb 27-Monday Mar 1.
*Sleep for Saturday will be from the time you go to bed on Friday until you wake up on Saturday morning.
