First complete workout in 18 months!

Wow! Didn't realize how out of shape I really am! Just completed a 50 minute workout (25 minute upper body strength training and 25 minutes on treadmill) and feel great! I know I'll be sore tomorrow but also know that's what gives me the ultimate payoff!

    Great job! Make sure you stretch all of your muscles really well right after your workouts. It'll have you less sore the day or two after. :)
