I started today with a walk around the block - for me a block is .84 miles, because I am in a subdivision with a lot of culdesacs and few roads that connect to other roads. I will need to go walk again to be sure I get in at least a mile and at least 30 minutes of cardio-type exercise. Does Rocking in a Chair burn calories? I know cleaning house does, so that's my focus this morning.
