I am happy to see from my last blog entry I had had enough sense to stop work and go home to get in some exercise. Unfortunately, from then until now, I have averaged only 3x per week to get in exercise because work has been so hectic. Working 7 days per week for 12 to 15 hours per day is not a recipe for feeling motivated to exercise - I have been lucky to keep up with chores that need doing at home during this period. I have been on track with eating, though, all during this time. Year-end work at my company is finished now and I am hopeful that balance will be easier to attain for a while. I feel better when I exercise regularly, but sometimes you can't have everything.
