This morning I made this cauliflower and thought some of my Spark Friends might also enjoy it. I can't honestly say how many servings it makes since DH loves it and eats it frequently. You don't consume all of the oil and that contains most of the calories.
1 head Cauliflower
3/4 C. Canola Oil
1 C. Cider Vinegar
1 heaping tsp. Dill Weed
1 scant tsp. Garlic Powder
1 scant tsp. Onion Powder
1 scant tsp. Celery Salt
Clean and cut cauliflower in small pieces.
Mix other ingredients and pour over cauliflower.
Shake or stir well before each serving.
