lookinf forward again,baby steps here we go again.

first i once again want to thank each and everyone of you again for your friendship,support,encourageme
nt and just for being there.it is much appreciated and the thanks come from the heart.it has been a hard year for me with the last two weeks being the hardest in a long time,there has been many times i have cried,felt like giving up,also felt like screaming.ok i give to,the screaming i did do.also i part way gave up but thanks to you my friends i saw the error of my ways and as of today am back on track.what again!!!i hear you say.YES;YES;YES;AGAIN.i say.better to be down and get up than down and out altogether.revalueing my goals and baby steps as follows.

goals.
1.never give up
2.loose enough weight to go on our mini trampoline.(have 30lbs to go for that one.)
3.get into my brown outfit my husband brought in tunisia for my birthday(may the first.)
4.get into my chines silk dress.(have a long way to go,it is a size 40 and i am 52-54 now.)
5.get to ultimate goal of 160lbs then revaluate if need be.

baby steps.
1.not be too hard on myself,treat me like my own best friend.
2.be more realistic.
3.do at least 10 min exercise a day.no excuses.
4.try to keep in my calorie count and not be too hard on my self when i donīt
5.donīt give up.
6.donīt give up
7.donīt give up.
8.drink at least 10 glasses of watwer.
9.eat my fruit and veg.
10.make time to have a bath or shower everyday,no matter what.(hard to believe but there are some days when i donīt get time to do that everyday.
11.try to deal with stress situations in a none eating fashion.(suggestions welcome my friends,)
12.think of something positive,to make me smile or feel happy at least once aday till it becomes habbit and i donīt have to consiously.
this last one is for everyone to do as well.
13.be grateful to be alive,remeber no matter how bad it is there are always someone else worse then you out there in the world.be thankful for what we all have.in my case.a husband who loves me,three beautiful children,a roof over my head,food in the cupboards,electrical good ie.this computer,spark people,enough water in the tap.the list could go on and on.in the words of monty python,always look on the bright side of life....da dum ,da,dum,ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE:

    I think you have a plan that will allow you to succeed. Next time you feel overwhelmed or stressed jump on sparks and blog about it before you eat. Just getting it out of your system will help and maybe you won't eat. Also you'll get all the encouraging feedback from your spark friends. Good Luck! Go Bahama Mamas!!

    I know it's hard sometimes and we all come to bumps in the road where we feel like quitting but we can either be five years older the same as we are or we can be five years older closer to our goals. Baby steps is a great way to approach it and I know you can do it!!! emoticon

Well, I would suggest that you pretend the problems are standing in front of you and you punch them out (and kick too if you want!) However, you are in no shape to do that at the moment. Later.

For now, I think you better just get as much rest as possible and pray. Thank God you have friends to help you.

    By the way things sound I don't know that you have given up yet!? With all your challenges you continue to move forward and that is commendable. You're amazing!

I love your goal about being your own best friend. It's definately worth mention cause it feels so hard to do sometimes, doesn't it?

    I really admire the way you are able to bounce back with such enthusiasm. You have gone through some really stressful events lately and have been the glue that holds your family together- and still have the determination to keep making healthy choices for yourself. You are great!!

    yes that is true i alway try to look on the bright side of life, even when i feel down i always tr the thing about psitive things in life . when i fall i just pick my self up again. emoticon emoticon
