My weigh in day is Monday but I'm very tempted to weigh in on Friday so I can see how I've done for the week and get ready for the weekend. But I'm going to try to be strong today and not do it. If I feel like I overate over the weekend I'll weigh next Friday and see if that helps me to keep from overeating on the weekend. It is some times triail and error to determine what works best for you. So hang in there and keep trying.
