I felt wonderful this AM, actually slept in an extra 30 min. and that felt fantastic! My day was busy as always at work but once again, did not feel hungry at all today. The only issue I had was that I was a little more gassy (TMI....tehe) than I have been all week. I'm sure that is to be expected with the things I am eating. Another thing I'm noticing which might be a little more TMI is that my system isn't really moving until late afternoon and when I get home from work...not sure if that's just my intestines are taking a little more time to digest or I'm so full of it that my body is doing what it's supposed to....LOL! This evening has been a little challenging as well, I'm a little more tired than the past 3 nights...my DH says it might just be my body finally catching up. I'm also getting really used to the lemon water in the AM, it really feels like it cleanses my system first thing in the AM, like I've read so many articles that say it does. Once I'm done with this I am going to try the concept that ANGELICA534 talks about on her SP page, a cup of water when you first wake up, then a little bit later, a cup of room temp water w/lemon and dash of cayenne powder. She gives some fantastic info on clean eating and what it does.
So here's what I ate today:
2 c. water
Lemon w/1 cup warm water
Nutricleanse powder w/2 fiber tablets
Cantaloupe/Honey Dew melon and 1 egg white
1 c radish & cubed cucumber, herbal tea
Mixed green salad w/olives, green peppers, cucumber, celery, roma tomato and artichoke hearts w/Annie's Shiitake and Sesame vinigarette, and blackberries, herbal tea
1 c water
Apple and herbal tea
Veggie patties, cucumber salad and steamed cauliflowerw/Walden's FF/SF Bacon Ranch Drsg and a cup of herbal tea
2nd PM Snack
Couldn't down the last snack or tea tonight...once again I am too full...eeek!
