Not bad. Not bad at all.
While I have had my eating "fail" moments in the last week...I have stuck to it and kept working out. There was one day I did not because my daughter has been so sick and I was holding her almost all day. :(
But, this morning I weighed myself and did my weekly measurements.
I was so excited and it put a new spring in my step!
Ready for it?
In one week I have lost 1.8 lbs, 1/2 inch off my hips, and one whole inch off my waist!
Woot! It was nice to see the fruits of my effort. :)
