Determination, No excuses!

I'm forcing myself to do 20 minutes of cardio workouts two times daily and when I feel like eating a cookie, I do 40 squats and 20 push ups.
This is my substitutions for unnecessary snacking.

I'll see how this works out.

    I have noticed that excersising 2x daily makes a very big difference to my metabolism.
I know that you will start wittling that 50 right away

    emoticon I also chug a glass of water when a craving hits or I find myself standing in the pantry looking for "something"! I don't even know how I end up there! LOL

Good luck! You will be fit before you know it at this rate!
