So apparently pulling a butt muscle really sucks... who knew
I will admit I'm really disappointed, as today was supposed to be Day 31 power90 after taking an early rest day yesterday... And I was jazzed for not being sore still (tennis elbow). I guess my 'jazzed' attitude caused me to stretch a bit to far during power yoga. And now walking hurts. Grrr to stupid moves on my part.
Oh well, I have a plan (I like having a plan!):
Step 1: sleep and nurse it all day at work tomorrow
Step 2: stay the course and press play again... will go straight to sculpt though, I am secretly mad at Tony and power yoga right now.
Step 3: repeat
