1. I joined the team for more self accountability. I have been sliding along too long.

2. I am in the progress of repairing my varicose legs, and sure don't need extra stress of having a "muffin top".

3. Both my husband and I will feel better as we plan out our evening meal and eat at home.

4. We will save more money, while eating less junk foods.

5. It is fun to find new ways to prepare different dishes, and encourage co-workers and family to gradually change.
