Thank you for all your posts...I love yucca you all have to try it..it is a spanish veggie it has a waxy outside...looks like a sweet potato but black with waxy skin..take skin off and fry...but don't eat to many...
It was good and I am getting tired of the same foods...does anytone have any exciting foods they want to share.
I ate fried sweet potato with no remorse! I use olive oil and am weaning my spouse away from french fries. I keep asking him 'how do they taste?' "Do you like the texture..." No more mindless consumption!
Hey you stayed within your calorie limits and that s what counts. I don't think having fried foods once in a great while is going to hurt or totally derail your diet. Keep up the wonderful work. Brightest blessings and warm hugs.
One fried food won't stop your progress. If it was something like fried yucca, I'd try it, too, as a new taste. You know the fried food is not good for daily consumption, you're making great choices every day!
I actually had to look this one up too. It sounds good, especially the traditional lemon-garlic dipping sauce! It's good that it fit into your calories! Eating health food 100% of the time will only drive you insane anyways.
