Another successful detox day, Day 3 done! Woohoo!!! I'll be nice today as it seemed I wasn't yesterday....still don't know what that was all about but like my SP friends indicated, maybe it was something I ate...LOL!

No more headaches, yippee! I guess yesterday was the breaking point for this process, I don't know. The good thing about this is that I'm not feeling hungry anymore and maybe that's the reason I'm not having the headaches anymore.

So here's what I ate today:
2 c. water
Lemon w/1 cup warm water
Nutricleanse powder w/2 fiber tablets
Breakfast
Greek yogurt w/orange slices...woohoo, yogurt...ahhh protein! herbal tea

AM Snack
1/2 c snap peas, herbal tea

Lunch
Fruit salad w/lemon juice and 2 veggie patties, herbal tea
2 c water

PM Snack
Banana and herbal tea

Dinner
SP Veggie Soup, steamed carrots w/Walden's FF/SF Bacon Ranch Drsg

2nd PM Snack
Too full from dinner, so I only had my herbal tea

HeptoCleanse tablets

So there you go another done deal and I feel great!

I really thought my energy level would be a lot lower than when I did this detox last summer but it's not too bad. I feel like I'm on my way to what I know in the end will be the right decision for me. I've lost 1.2 lbs. but that's probably all water which is totally fine with me because I know that the foods I am putting in my body are all GOOD!

Thank you all for the sweet comments you are making each day when I update. Posting my results of the day daily is keeping me honest and it puts a smile on my face to know that I am on my way to that Happy and Healthy Grace that I intend to be for life!

    It's interesting it took 3 days to get over the hungry feeling. I just had someone else tell me that about following the SP diet. I was really hungry the second day on it. Now I'm fine. Maybe it takes that long for our bodies to adjust.

    Way to go Grace! I'm loving that you are 'too full' from dinner! What? You are barely eating! Meanwhile I'm eating everything in sight trying to stay fueled for all this crazy running!

    Well I guess SP liked everything you ate on day three. Take care of yourself. I'll admit to not being a big "detox" person. Shaking up your diet so you can break old eating habits can have it's uses.
