Come on Sparkfamily, I have got more time on my hands again so, let's do the hustle.
I never really learned the steps but it seems like fun. . . .
Yesterday, did Yoga with weights, walking, QFC shadow boxing & legs & glutes with
Cathe. Legs still screaming but I'm gonna dance, dance, dance! Adding to
exercise today. Doing, tae bo, walking, muscle endurance & QFC inner thighs.
