Our mustang!

Wednesday, February 24, 2010

Hubby was going out the drive way from his favorite restaurant when a person speeding along the street took off the front of our 2000 Mustang.
We have been enjoying driving the car and really want to get if back to racing form. I was really glad hubby was not hurt.
People drive so fast and do not take care when entering that particular intersection. There is a repair place that is a hazard. It parks tow trucks and distressed vehicles on both sides of the street making the street narrow to negotiate. They also put in traffic "calming " curbs that narrow the street further. People still blast through. Trying to cross the street on foot is always a challenge when I am out on my walks.
I go blocks out of my way to avoid it.

Pretty car ... thank goodness hubby wasn't hurt - cars can be fixed, no matter how much of a pain that is!
