It's a day late but...better late than never! I made it to my goal weight of 146 by 2/22! I can remember when I first signed up for sparkpeople and thinking to myself....146 in 4 months?? (That's 16 pounds) Yeah right! Especially cause it was the holiday season! I'm so proud of myself. I learned so much and realize that my new life style is something that I love and will keep for the rest of my life.
Now, I have to wonder...what now?? I'm thinking maybe another 7 pounds then I'll be very happy with myself. But more importantly I will change my workouts to focus on my trouble spots and keep my cardio up!
