8am - Woke up late so no time to cook. I grabbed a Pue Protein bar instead. Still chugged my water and took my vitamins.

11am - 1/3 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/2 cup pineapple, 30 almonds.

2pm - I also didn't make lunch so I had to grab something.. anything from my fridge to make sure I got some carbs and protein. I had a cup of spaghetti squash and half a cup of ff greek yogurt with a packet of Splenda with fiber. Oh, and a 100 calorie pack of cookies.

4:30pm - ate orange and low fat string cheese

5:30pm - 50 minutes on elliptical (i got carried away reading an article about Weezy) and abs:
20 regular crunches
20 reverse crunches
20 side to side heels touches
20 knee to elbow crunches to right
20 knee to elbow cruches to left
20 regular crunches
20 right leg raises, touch elbow to knee on right
20 on left
20 scissors
(that's more than 150 if you're counting Skill!)

7:30pm - marinated pork chop, home fries (made w/ 1 sweet potato) and a weight watchers ice cream cup.

Drank over a gallon of water again. This day off of weight training felt good.

I just made spaghetti squash on Monday. Still eating the leftovers too. Actually one of my favorite squashes. Are knee to elbow crunches the same as bicycle crunches? Is 150 the normal amount of crunches you do when you do abs? How many times per week do you do abs?

Kathejean, you can cook a spaghetti squash whole or cut it in half length wise. I prefer to cut it in half, usually need DH to do this for me, and place it cut side down on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Be sure to puncture the skin in multiple places with a knife or fork and scrape out the seeds before cooking. Then I bake it at 375 for about 45 min or until it feels tender. Then just flip it over and use a fork to scrape out the strands. Serve on it's own, or I like to put some crushed tomatoes over it.

I hear you on the day off weights. When I am at home I do not miss a day if I can help it. When I am on the road my running and weights come to a sudden stop so I like to get in as much as I can. But I sometimes wish I could just stay in bed in the morning and sleep in,.

Take Care

Scott
