8am - Woke up late so no time to cook. I grabbed a Pue Protein bar instead. Still chugged my water and took my vitamins.
11am - 1/3 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/2 cup pineapple, 30 almonds.
2pm - I also didn't make lunch so I had to grab something.. anything from my fridge to make sure I got some carbs and protein. I had a cup of spaghetti squash and half a cup of ff greek yogurt with a packet of Splenda with fiber. Oh, and a 100 calorie pack of cookies.
4:30pm - ate orange and low fat string cheese
5:30pm - 50 minutes on elliptical (i got carried away reading an article about Weezy) and abs:
20 regular crunches
20 reverse crunches
20 side to side heels touches
20 knee to elbow crunches to right
20 knee to elbow cruches to left
20 regular crunches
20 right leg raises, touch elbow to knee on right
20 on left
20 scissors
(that's more than 150 if you're counting Skill!)
7:30pm - marinated pork chop, home fries (made w/ 1 sweet potato) and a weight watchers ice cream cup.
Drank over a gallon of water again. This day off of weight training felt good.
