I came back for day two! I was very happy that when I woke up this morning my lower back muscles and teres (under my armpit/around my back) were sore from yesterday's work out. Awesome!
Today was 40 minutes of Cardio X...mixing up Kenpo, Yoga, Plyometrics, and core work. This was definitely a weird workout. I really liked the Kenpo/kickboxing aspect because I LOVE kickboxing. I love yoga too...but I don't usually incorporate yoga directly into my cardio, because, well, it doesn't get my heart pumping to my aerobic level. Either way, it was a decent work out. The plyo and Kenpo got my heart pounding. My HRM said I burned 334 kCal in 40 min...not bad. I want to keep my burn in the 500 kCal zone though, so I'll have to hit the treadmill for a bit tonight when Jayden goes to his dad's house.
Still didn't take before pics or measurements. My tape measure apparently disappeared so I'll have to use a little creativity to get my sizes.
Tomorrow= Day 3= Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X...SHOULD BE AN AWESOME DAY!
